How it works

Codex or Claude runs on your computer
Not just code: builds, files, whatever the two of them already do at your keyboard. On any machine you have paired.
It tells you when it lands
Keep talking while it works, or start the next thing. Hang up if you like: the job carries on either way.
It remembers
Say it once.
Ask again in a month.
Ask weeks later, from a different phone, with every computer switched off, and it still answers.
Off until you switch it on, in Settings. Delete one note or all of them, whenever you like.

The program on your computer
It only opens
folders you named.
Codex CLI and Claude Code start inside the folders you listed, and any path outside them is refused.
Nobody independent has audited it yet.
The audio skips Sorema
Your microphone goes straight to OpenAI on your own key. No Sorema server ever hears you, and nothing listens between conversations.

Ask these first.
Does Sorema upload my projects?
No. Codex or Claude works on your own machine and your files stay there. Sorema keeps the state of the task and the summary written at the end.
Which coding agents can it use?
Codex CLI and Claude Code, with the tools and permissions already set up on your machine. Neither is given your browser: work that would act on a signed-in site is not something this beta does.
Does it hear other people in the room?
Yes, while a conversation is live. Anyone talking near you can become part of it.
